Perry Chotai is standing to be the Liberal Democrat Councillor for Warlingham East.
Perry has lived in the ward for 26 years.
Perry is a retired Global Director in a Pharmaceutical Company and has an adult child who Live locally
Perry Chotai says, “ I think the most important challenge facing Tandridge is to provide social housing”
He thinks in Warlingham East to maintain effective and efficient services is really important
Perry Chotai says, “If elected I will campaign to maintain the character and work passionately to keep the services at their optimum level”
Anna Patel has lived in the centre of Warlingham for 20 years, has served on Warlingham Parish Council for nine years and is treasurer of the Village Hall.
She cares deeply about the environment and during her time on the Parish Council has organised many litter picks and bulb planting sessions.
She is keen to protect the area from out of character development and believes her years on the Parish planning committee will be invaluable in dealing with future planning challenges.
Anna recognises the acute need for more affordable housing in the District, designed and located to fit in with its surroundings. She is committed to supporting local businesses which are crucial to the prosperity of our villages
